Prior to focusing my career on the user experience (UX) related aspects of web site and application creation, I worked as a website designer and developer for a period of 4 years.

The skills and experience gained during this phase of my career have proved to be invaluable inputs to my UX work as they have greatly increased my ability to propose realistic, feasible design solutions based on core project variables such as timeframe, budget, platform, technical preferences and skills available.
