Prior to focusing my career on the design and build of web sites and applications back in 2001, I spent 8 years working in client facing business roles, the majority of which involved the provision of business solutions to a wide range of commercial and public sector organisations.
This experience continues to be of great benefit in my work as a user experience designer, helping me to quickly 'get under the skin' of the organisation I am working with and fully appreciate the business goals and objectives that drive a given web project.
